Apogee
Modula Director

Configuration     Continue to Director     Update from Floppy

Apogee Director is a server based video matrix router controler. A dedicated server sits in your rack near the router. Operators access the router via a web browser on a PC/Mac near their workstation.

Once installed and configured, Apogee Driector allows operators to connect and disconnect sources and destinations conveniently from their workstation, without using the router front panel controls. Connections can be made ad-hoc, or can be stored in preset salvos and played back as needed.

Apogee Director maintains the current router configuration on the browser display. The operator can quickly determine the router source/destination connections with a glance at the screen.

This demonstration site can provide an idea of the operation of Apogee Director. However, it is not often connected to an actual router, which results in pop-up error messages. It is safe to assume that in an operational installation, these error messages would be rare, and would indicate an equipment or cabling failure requireing maintenance.
